Fulton County Property Valuation Administrator's Office
Pete Morgan
Property Valuation Administrator
Fulton County, Kentucky
M.A., Murray State University - Education Administration

Welcome to the Fulton County PVA web page. Please allow me to introduce myself to those of you that may not know me. My name is Pete Morgan and I have been married to Penny Broadbent Morgan for 32 years, with two grown sons, Kyle and Reid. I began serving the citizens of Fulton County as PVA in December of 2006. I am very honored to serve Fulton County in this position and would like to thank the citizens for placing their confidence in me by electing me to this position. My past career included 28 years in the field of education where I have served as elementary teacher, elementary principal and school district Director of Pupil Personnel. My time there placed me in many leadership positions where I was able to serve the students and parents of the school district.

Now in the PVA Office, I find myself again in the role of public servant. I have a genuine desire to serve the citizens of Fulton County and to help make this county a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. It is the goal of the PVA office to offer excellent service to Fulton County citizens. It was also my goal, after being elected, to bring modern technology to the Fulton County PVA Office by acquiring updated maps, both hard copies and on-line Global Information Systems through available software. An up-to-date web site has been a goal where taxpayers can calculate their tax bill and realtors and lawyers can assess tax records needed to complete their jobs, without a drive to the PVA Office. As you read and use this web site, you are able to see that we are reaching our current goals in our quest to better serve our citizens. I hope that this web site will not only be a convenient tool for the citizens of Fulton County, but will also expose Fulton County to the rest of the world as a desirable place to live and do business and thus expanding our economic status in the business community.

The PVA Office has other goals set for the office that we hope will only continue to improve our services to Fulton County. We invite you to drop by our new offices at the old National Guard Armory or to call us whenever we can help you with your tax assessments. We never want to forget that we are here to serve you, a taxpayer and citizen of Fulton County. Again, thank you for entrusting the office of PVA

Pete Morgan
