The assessed value multiplied by the tax rate, equals the amount of taxes on your real estate. For example, if your home was valued at $100,000 and your tax rate was .8052 per $100 of value, then the tax is $805.20. The assessed value is determined by the PVA without regard to tax rates. The total amount of your tax bill is determined by tax rates set by the Local Taxing Districts, County, State of Kentucky, and the Scott County School Board.  All tax rates are listed below the calculator on this page. To estimate property tax amounts, divide assessed value by 100: multiply by the rate. Example:  $100,000 / 100 = 1000  then 1000 x  .8052 = $805.20( Combined  Rate – non city ) 1000  x .8702 = $870.20 ( Georgetown ) 1000  x .9401= $940.10 ( Sadieville ) 1000  x .9532 = $953.20 ( Stamping Ground ) 1000  x 1.0512 = $1051.20 ( Corinth )
