Homestead Estimator
Florida Amendment 1, Homestead Exemption Increase Amendment (2018) In the November 6, 2018 General Election, Florida voters will be asked to decide whether to expand Florida’s Homestead Exemption benefit. Whether this additional exemption would save each property owner tax dollars or not depends on the property’s current assessed value. The homestead estimator below will provide you with an approximate savings of tax dollars. Begin by typing in your address and choose it as it appears in the drop-down list.
