Hello Franklin County Property Owners,

As of today, August 13, 2018, my office will be mailing our TRIM notices to each of you that own a
property in Franklin County. This notice has a huge amount of information displayed on it. It will tell
you your last year and current year information for the following: appraised value, assessed value,
millage rates for all taxing authorities in which your property is located as well as hearing dates,
times, and locations, proposed tax amounts, and exemptions. I hope you will take the time to look
at this notice and if you have any questions concerning your VALUE or EXEMPTIONS, please contact
me or my staff at 850-653-9236 as well as 850-697-3263 on Thursdays in Carrabelle. We are more
than happy to discuss your concerns and to answer any question you may ave about your value and
let you know what material was used to derive that values we have placed upon your property for
tax purposes.

For your convenience, I have a link to the petitions, withdrawal of petitions, multiply parcel petition,
and written authorization for representation. All petitions must be files with the Franklin County Clerk
of Court with a $15.00 filing fee per PARCEL. Completed petitions for Value or TPP must
be filed by September 7, 2018 at 5:00pm and completed petitions for Exemptions must be filed by
September 12, 2018 at 5:00pm. The Honorable Marcia Johnson, Franklin County Clerk of Court mailing
